Minimum order for wholesalers is €200. Orders with less than €200 will not be processed.
Applications with incomplete or false information will be immediately rejected. Our company reserves the right to reject any customer request at its discretion.

Some products may appear with an illustrative photo. These items as well as some features of each product may be changed without notice. The company is not responsible or liable for errors due to incorrect information or omission when registering electronic data in the store.
The company takes all necessary measures to protect your Personal Data as well as your electronic transactions with the most advanced methods to ensure the maximum security. All information related to your personal information and transactions is secure and confidential.
Return – Replacement of Defective Products for Wholesale Orders
You have the right to return the products only if you contact our company stating the reasons for the return.
Returns are accepted if:
(a) in all cases where, under proven fault of the company, incorrect or poor quality or defective products have been sold (wrong in receiving order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during shipping or in bad packaging), and
(b) in all cases where there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and provided the company has provided the warranty. Products not covered by third party guarantees such as the manufacturer of the product or its representative shall not be covered by this provision.
In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases the products to be repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all documents which accompanied the product on delivery.
